Career Coaching

Sooner or later, you may reach your limit in career and job. Sometimes, and for very good reasons, a person decides to level off. At the same time, many people want to go to the next level of achievement and success, as they define success.

My job as career coach is to help you get the success you want, which you have not been able to do on your own. The process is to identify what is blocking you, construct a plan to overcome and then support you, clarify for you, cheer you, challenge you and even comfort you as needed to arrive at the goal you strive for.

After the initial session (sometimes a second is needed) in which we construct your coaching plan, I will be available to you in person, on the phone and via e-mail. Exercises, homework and practice activities are some of the tasks you can look forward to. I will want to be involved with you for at least 2 hours per month in what ever way it takes to get your job of doing a better job, done.
